Team,

I have had a rough couple of weeks…OK maybe months… As I think many of you have with loans, operations, money issues, concerns over job security, who you could trust… And the list goes on. I have come to a point where I have been getting dealt with on a couple of levels.

First and most important, we are right where we are supposed to be! What? Are you nuts? Right where we are supposed to be…? In pain, fear, confusion? Asking: “Where is God?” That’s where I am supposed to be? And the answer I got was: “YES!” In this place where we in the physical can do no more; God will come through. Yeah! See the messed up thing about this Kingdom life is that God calls us to places where we can NOT get it done on our own abilities and we tend to stay in that place until we acknowledge we can not get it done! That why the Lord God always comes through in the “12th hour” – because this is our 12th hour… This is the moment we actually say to him “Lord I can not do this thing without you!!” Not just the words, but the actual heart! God knows if you really mean it (God will not be mocked!). You can’t fool him, he knows us too well… He made and created us. He called Paul to teach only the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Paul was one of the most biblically educated people at that time – a scholar if you will, and God would not let him use all his knowledge gained in schools, he only called him to teach what Jesus taught to the gentiles… Paul “the Great” said in 1Corinthians 2:1-5: “he came to them in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling!” Paul? In trembling? The man who was chained to a guard, stoned numerous times, ship wrecked, thrown to the lions, etc… Trembling??? Because he was called to a place where he “MUST” depend on God and not on his own abilities.

“Ok Nick so we are right where we should be so now what?” We, as a team, must decide that no matter what the circumstances we praise our God! We love our God unconditionally (agape) not because of what he does but because of who he is. This is our first growth step as a team! Job lost children, livestock, houses and was mocked by his wife and his friends for praising his God and when Job questioned God and asked him what he was doing God said to him what he is saying to us right now in Job 40:7 “Gird up they loins now like a man. I will demand of thee and declare thou unto me!” In the Greek this means “Tighten your belt and show some strength like a valiant warrior.

I will charge you with a task and you will Know me and you will be mine!”

Job then realized God had a plan and he stopped trying to tell God how to do it….I guess God didn’t really need his help…just his unconditional love. And then when all still gone but Job had a peace, that peace that goes beyond all understanding, he did an amazing thing in Job 42:10 “And the Lord turned the captivity of Job when he prayed for all his friends, also the Lord gave Job twice as much as he before”…..He did what??? When he was going through hell and had lost almost everything in his life he “prayed for help for his friends!” Unheard of! I need to be blessed so I can be a blessing! God has to help me so I can help others! I deserve it!………he prayed for others and their needs (the true purpose of prayer) and then he was blessed twice as much as before! This is a true “not about me attitude!” This is one of our tools team. To pray for others as you are going through it! To praise him in all circumstances! And to pray for others to release “what God already knows we need”….he is our provider and knows our needs and wants. He is our provider!

So we have 1 good tool. 1) Pray for others when you go through trials!
The 2nd tool I think is the one that will really make the difference.
“Tongues!!” NOOO! Not that Holy magical language that I don’t even understand… Ah-ha! You don’t understand it nor does Lucifer. He understands you normal language and he sets up his troops to combat you based on what you said but the spirit he does not understand!?! It is the perfect decree from the spirit. In 1Corinthians 2:7 Paul said….” But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery even the hidden wisdom which God ordained before the world unto OUR Glory!” The word mystery in the Hebrew is the word musterion which means shut your mouth which means to quiet your physical mouth and let the spiritual mouth speak. In Ephesians 6:17 it speaks of the Sword of the spirit which is the word of God.( also read Ephesians 6:19) The Hebrew translation for Sword is “Dirk” which is a small sword for in fighting “hand to hand” against Lucifer himself. He doesn’t understand it and it gets through and pierces him. The translation for “word of God” means “Utterance of God” which the other time it was used in this fashion was in Acts 2:4 when the Holy Spirit descended on the disciples and they spoke in tongues or “utterances’. What does all this mean?? Tongues: This is our sword, this is what we use for infighting against Satan….he doesn’t understand it and when we speak in tongues our faith (or lack of faith) doesn’t get in the way because we have turned our body over to our spirit man where we are “whole and complete lacking nothing” and our faith is perfect! The devil has no choice but to Flee!

Why tongues?? Why tongues as a team??? God created us so that if we agree on anything “together” then nothing is impossible to us”! See the tower of Babel story…it wasn’t for his Glory but nothing was impossible to them. God confused their language. But God did not take this ability away from us…..he replaced it…So God created tongues for his children who were filled with the Holy Spirit. Now when we pray in tongues in unity turning our bodies over to our Spirit man in faith and pray Gods perfect Utterance together…..Nothing is impossible for us! He created us that way! He wants us to work together for his Kingdom not as individuals. “Wherever two or more are gathered in my name… I will be there”…not one but two or more. When we pray the perfect prayer in agreement we now wield the Power, Dominion and Authority we were given to the Body of Christ! (not the individual of Christ).

So what am I saying?

1) In the natural when you go through trials pray for others….your good…God knows what you need…have Faith! In that knowledge and Do not be moved by circumstances…and then …after doing all you know to do….STAND! Do not doubt do not waiver! STAND!

2) Pray in tongues “As a team”! Pray what Satan does not understand! Pray in a language he decided to relinquish for his own PRIDE…and pray unceasingly.
Pray in tongues in teams, when you are at the store quietly pray, when you are driving pray in tongues. We were meant to build God Kingdom as a team!
Get together and pray in teams….in that unity, in that common union (communion), in that act of faith lies all the power dominion and authority that Jesus God back for us by his resurrection from the death and the coming of the Holy Spirit. Tongues is a way to wield the POWER of the word and this is the MYSTERY of the Gospel!

David A. Rich in his book "7 Biblical Truths You Won’t Hear in Church: But Might Change Your Life" – starts out the book very strong.  He wrote about how God has very strong grip on our hand and even if our grip falters his never will.  God will never leave us or forsake us.  He went on to write about the "law" and how we could never successfully keep the "law." 

Then, the book goes south.  He starts in on pre-destination, how God has chosen everybody and if you weren’t chosen then you will never be saved.  But, to every man has been given a measure of faith.  Also, God wishes that none will perish and fall short of the glory of God.  David’s point in the book is that is the lot you have dealt is the lot that you have.  But, this creates a "weak Christian" mentality.

God has given us all power dominion and authority to be the ambassadors for Christ.  We wield this power by speaking his word, we are the powerful creatures in this world.  How can we have no "say" as to what goes on here, but at the same time have all power dominion and authority?  Pre-destination just doesn’t line up, Biblically.

Mr. Rich also states that if Jesus wants us to be saved we will be.  I say, nonsense!  God has given us free will to choose.  Yes, we are servants, but what does servant mean?  Do we serve out of obligation or do we serve out of love?  As Christians, we serve out of love.  What do we serve?  Do we serve our God directly?  No, we server our purpose, our assignment on this planet – and we serve others.  Just look at Jesus, he served his purpose and others.  We were created to fellowship with God in the cool of the garden, and to have a purpose and mission for his glory.

By the end, this book was difficult to read because it was so dis-empowering.

Remember you were give power and dominion to take the mountain!

What does this passage mean? To the typical Christian in today’s society, if they even know the scripture, it means “Be Happy and in Joy because of your relationship with your Lord God and what he has done for us as a people and he will fulfill your heart’s desire”. Right…? Wrong!

The word delight comes from the Hebrew word, anag, meaning make yourself moldable and pliable, soft like a woman, if you will. He needs you to have the ability to be molded into the Kingdom creature he has created you to be. If you are too rigid in your ways or too stiff in your beliefs, when he tries to mold you, through the trials mentioned in James, you will “crack” and not be able to achieve the greatness the Lord God has laid up for you.

Then it goes onto say: “…and he will give you the desires of your heart.” The word “give” is from the Hebrew word, nathan, which means to ascribe or write, add and apply. With this being said, now Psalm 37:4 takes on a new meaning.

“Make yourself moldable and pliable in the Lord and he will ascribe or write or add your desires on your heart (labe – the heart, will, intellect or subconscious).”

He gives you your “desire packet” with all the desires needed to step into your purpose. He also writes the “desire packet” on your subconscious or your will for the assignment he has called you to. These desires are of God and were written there to ignite passion in the desire so you can achieve your assignment or “purpose” no matter what obstacle might get in your way. If you’re not sure the desire is of God, see if it is coming from fear (disempowerment / victim state of being) or Faith (empowering / victor state of being) and if it does not contradict the word it is of God. It’s simple… Quit second guessing – creating a “double minded” and “powerless” Christian.

The Kingdom of God needs strong focused single minded citizens that can wield the power of God and assume their assignment for the Glory of God!

The non Christian is focused and single minded about his cause…to attain wealth for himself and his purposes. We as Christians must become as single minded in our resolve to see that wealth in our hands for the Kingdom of God!

STOP THINKING! START KNOWING!

Once we fellowship with God as our "PaPa" and begin to know who we were created to be our thoughts about us and others change, when our thoughts change then what we believe in our heart changes, when the heart (subconscious) begins to change the words that come out of our mouth change and we begin to vibrate at a higher frequency, plane of existence, attraction level or whatever makes "new agers" comfortable. When our words and vibrations change what we create in our lives and what we attract changes because we are now in "Peace and Joy and Gratitude" about our relationship with our father God and who we are to him. At this point typically in a Christians life "Purpose" is unveiled and your "Why" is beginning to be known (your assignment). Now the reason for your creation is known and you get up with a "purpose" and for a "purpose" knowing you were created just for this thing (reason)! You are happy and have great value in yourself and your God. You vibrate in Joy and Love and more good is attracted to you.

Your "Shalom" ( wealth, health prosperity, peace and joy…whole and complete) is laid up in your true relationship with God the father through Jesus the Christ (the anointed one) and knowing "Who and Why" you are not what others tell you, but what your Papa God tells you what you are in his word. All those things like Wealth, Abundance, material things, Joy and Peace are all available in your relationship with your God as well as the "Why we were created". We do not seek these… …they are only "FRUIT" of a great relationship with God through Jesus the Christ. "Seek first the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness and all this will be given or provided for you." We are not Fruit seekers we are God seekers! Fruit just comes but we keep our eye on the prize (focus and vision) not on the fruit and we have to
become a living sacrifice "trusting in the Lord with all your heart…"

In Psalms 37:4 it states "Delight also thyself in the Lord and he will give thee the desires of thy heart". This means " Allow yourself to become "moldable and Pliable" (anag) and he shall "add, ascribe, write" (nathan) the desires, requests, petitions (mishalah) of thy heart, will, intellect (labe). Which means make your self moldable and pliable so God can work on you and he will write on your heart the things he has for you, and you will manifest them into reality through your subconscious mind and heart because they are now in your belief system and must manifest themselves into reality because you create what you believe is true. Whatever we believe in our heart is our truth and it will clothe itself in what we call reality. To change your reality change your heart, to change your heart intensify your relationship with your God and Why you were created. This will be unveiled and then the trials of James occur to help you become the proper vessel to hold and become the steward of what he called you to do.

“Wimp Junction” is the pursuit of a place of comfort, a place or rest, a place of no spiritual growth. The process in purpose can be painful in both the attacks of the flesh and the attacks of the enemy. We were called here as warriors to battle through these attacks and find our comfort in our relationship with our God through Jesus Christ not in our circumstances.

The 6 levels of growth in your Life Purpose consist initially with:

1. Sovereign Foundations: You are brought into the earth with everything you will need to fulfill your assignment in life. You were born at exactly the right time, right country, right state, right gifting, and right passion to complete your assignment. WE need to build the muscles given to us by God instead of looking at someone else’s abilities and perusing success with equipment we weren’t given that has no bearing on our purpose!
2. Inter Life Growth: This stage of growth is experienced typically through pain and failure, and is for the building of character and integrity into your life. This is the stage when your spirituality is typically realized and you become a servant to Christ and a baby in Christ. Many Christians stay at this level and still live their life like the world even though they are saved they only experience their life as the world does and never begins to step into their anointing and power that exists when they live by Kingdom principals.
3. Maturing in Purpose: In this stage you begin to be utilized slightly in your purpose and what you were designed to do. (You begin to get a glimpse of your assignment). There is a lot of growth still occurring in this stage, however, you begin to use your God given gifts and talents.
4. Maturing in Life: This growth stage is recognized by the feelings of frustration, conscious shaping, and derailment of plans to mature you and solidify you in your purpose and resolve to achieve it. It gets you back in the workshop, growing you up on the inside. Lessons typically taught in this state include the power of living in the “now”, reliance and trust in your Father God and the ability to change the things you are doing to obtain different results in your life. In this stage you appear to be “pulled back” or “set back” in your purpose when in actuality you are about to be released into your assignment.
5. Convergence: Only 20% of those who start on their journey of purpose get here. This is the place where your relationship with God, your purpose / assignment and your passion all come together. This is the place where all the experiences of your life come into play and you now utilize what you have learned in each stage of your growth and each test in your life for this assignment. You are now doing what you were called to do by God and you are a King in this assignment and a Priest and everything your hands touch while you are “on purpose” does prosper and you have overwhelming peace, joy and love in this place (Shalom-nothing broken, nothing missing) and wealth and abundance exist in this assignment. You are now an “environment changer” and wolves become sheep in your presence because you know who your God created you to be and you have stepped into the authority of your assignment.
6. After Glow: This is your legacy when the “ripple effect” of what you have done in your purpose travels to places and people you yourself have never seen nor spoken to. Your purpose has a total influence on the bringing of the Kingdom of God to the earth and the strengthening of the Body of Christ even though you are not as physically busy teaching to the magnitude you did in the past. Your purpose has now been released to the Kingdom of God and others can carry the vision of this purpose without you being the deliverer of the message. (Habakkuk 2:2)

We get through all these stages through “growth and expansion” always under pressure and this pressure reveals and edifies your “gift cluster” which taps into your passion guiding you to do what you were created to do…. Your Purpose.

This life you are living right now is NOT a “Dress rehearsal”…Get Busy bringing the Kingdom of God to your sphere of influence and become the influencer on your designated mountain of influence. What you do ( or don’t do) now you will be judged for in eternity!

I was reading Tom Deuschle’s Book – Building People — Building Dreams: How a Church Can Change a Nation – and in it he talked about Psalms 37:4 and its real translation.

"Delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart."  But, once we translate that using the Greek we get: "Make yourself moldable and pliable to the Lord and he will write on your heart, on your subconscious, the desires he wants in your heart."

Building People– Building Dreams: How a Church Can Change a Nation

The Word shows us that when God created “grass and trees” he spoke to the earth (Genesis 1:11). When he wanted the “sun and the moon” he spoke to the firmament (Genesis 1:14). When he wanted “fish and fowl” and “moving creatures” he spoke to the waters (Genesis 1:20). When he wanted “animals” he spoke to the earth (Genesis 1:24). But when he wanted “man” he spoke to himself (Genesis 1:26). “And God said, Let us make man in our “image” and after our “likeness” and let them have “dominion” over the fish of the sea, over the fowl of the air and over the cattle and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth. WOW! We are kind of…. IMPORTANT!

To break this last passage down a bit, the word “make” in Genesis 1:26 is from the Hebrew word “asah” (awsaw) which means to create from something that already exists. We are created from God himself who always was and always will be. The word “image” comes from the word “tselem” (tschlem) which means “is a representative figure of us” and the word likeness from the word “dmuth” (demooth) which means “to resemble us”. We are a representative figure of God on this planet that resembles God that has “rule and reign” “radah” (rawdaw) over this earth. I guess that makes us…. each individual in the Body of Christ, a very Important being in Christ.

As a tool to remind you of your “greatness” repeat these statements every morning and every night or when adverse circumstances confront you.

“I am the righteousness of Christ! I am the head and not the tail. I am an example of goodness, strength and morality. I am the salt and the light of the earth and my light shines brightly. I am the brother of Jesus in Christ and the Lord God is my Papa!”

Start here if you want to step into your greatness in the Kingdom of God or….. just sit there making no changes in your life and stay exactly as you are… your choice… “Always your choice!”

Read Become Killer Sheep – Part 1

In order for a new Christian or a Christian seeking their assignment (purpose) in life…. The “WHO” an individual is must be discussed and received before the “WHY” they exist or “HOW” they can achieve can ever be touched on. The Body of Christ for the most part has forgotten who it is. We have an “identity crisis” as a people. We really don’t believe what the word of God says about us because we are forming our opinions of ourselves based on what a Pastor, Priest, Elder, fellow Christina, parent or teacher has told us about “who we are”. We give these individuals who are our equals as created beings of God the power to feed into us and help form our opinion about “WHO” we are. This makes us extremely weak as both individuals in the Body of Christ and weakens the body as a whole. We as Christians are only as strong as our weakest member. The individual will only be as strong as the faith of the leader that has spoken into him. It is our obligation, duty, call, whatever…. To read the Word of God ourselves and then decide what the word says for us as the individual. “Stop being spoon fed” by Pastors and Evangelists so you don’t have to do the work of eating and consuming the word for yourself.

No more wimpy Christians…. Be Sheep but become KILLER SHEEP.
